Welcome to Mrs. Pennington's 3rd Grade
Welcome to 3rd grade at Park Elementary! I am so excited to work with your child this year and play a role in their educational journey! I am confident your child will have a fantastic year as a third grader. I have been busy planning lessons and activities that will challenge them to grow both academically and socially. We are going to have a wonderful year! We will learn, grow, and have fun!
I have been teaching since 2006 and at Park since 2007! I have taught 2nd grade in Lincoln and Reading Intervention at Park before finding my perfect fit as a 3rd grade teacher.
I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Elementary Education. I have also competed my master's program through UNK, receiving a degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
I absolutely LOVE 3rd graders. They have such a passion for learning, fun personalities, and are eager to grow and glow. I am looking forward to getting to know your child!
