Our Park Family Picnic evening is scheduled for Monday, May 19th, from 5:30-8:00 and will be located on the Park Elementary playpad. You and your family are invited to join us for a meal and community time in the park as our school year comes to a close!
We are planning to have hotdogs or hamburgers, chips, and a drink from NebraskaLand Bank available for $5.00. You are also welcome to bring a sack meal from home to enjoy.
Our families, classrooms, and PTO will be organizing several silent raffle baskets, the cake walk, DJ, Scholastic Book Fair, and more! Families are asked to help provide items for the silent raffle baskets. Each grade level has their own themed basket that families can donate items to. Items can be brought to school May 12th-16th so that we can start getting things organized for the picnic. To see your child's themed basket, check out the list below!
Kindergarten- Arts and Crafts: colored pencils, markers, crayons, coloring books, craft sets, play-doh
First Grade- Summer Reading: picture books, chapter books, blanket for reading outside, snacks
Second Grade- Family Friendly Fun: movie tickets, gift cards, popcorn, candy, snacks
Third Grade- Family Game Night: board games, puzzles, cards, Legos, etc.
Fourth Grade- Summer Survival Kit: sunscreen, beach towels, goggles, beach ball, yard games, bubbles, chalk, etc.
Fifth Grade- Sports Fun: footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, baseballs/bats, summer yard games, etc.
