It’s time to be thinking about our Annual Class Talent Shows!
On Monday, April 29th, we will have our Class Talent Shows! The Class Talent Show schedule is listed below and will be held in the music room. Every student that wishes to perform will be in this show. Parents and guardians are welcome to attend. A few acts from each grade level will be chosen to represent the class in the all school talent show on Monday, May 13th.
Students may be in one act. Please limit acts to three minutes or less. Here are a few ideas as to what your child may do: sing, play an instrument, dance, tell jokes, mime, do a magic trick, or perform a skit. I highly encourage students to select a Disney or kid friendly piece if they wish to sing something, your student may even want to sing along to an instrumental version. A gymnasium mat, microphone, and stand will be available for students to utilize.
Costumes and props are welcome and sometimes make the act even more interesting. Please send any costumes or props with your child on the day they perform. All students wishing to be in the talent show must be signed up by a parent or guardian via the Google Form Link. You can access the form by clicking the link below.
If your child is using a music track as an accompaniment to their act, I will need a copy prior to the performance due to copyright laws. Please sign your child up for talent acts by April 22nd.
